ESG Advisory and Reporting
Firm of the Future has many years of experience in advising organizations on sustainability and in making their sustainability performance visible and reporting on it – from sustainable products and chains to making the entire organization more sustainable. We have worked with the GHG Protocol for years to calculate and monitor greenhouse gas emissions, and we have broad experience with various sustainability frameworks and reporting standards.
We combine this knowledge with a practical, business-minded approach. From chain analyses and sustainable business models to data, monitoring and accountability. And from strategy and behavioral change to concrete plans, actions and implementation. We connect the different parts and help organizations put sustainability into practice.
Our experience, expertise and proven approach allow us to get to the heart of the matter quickly and to work efficiently and with a focus on results. This is how we help organizations take concrete steps and turn sustainable ambitions into demonstrable results.
How would Nature's Intelligence solve this?
In nature, CO₂ is not just a waste product but also part of natural cycles and a source of carbon. Plants use CO₂ to grow, and carbon also plays an important role in the formation of shells and coral skeletons, for example.
These natural processes inspire new production technologies in which CO₂ is captured, stored or used as a raw material. Think of building materials in which CO₂ is converted into stable carbonates through mineralization.
The natural principle of waste = food is another source of inspiration. Residual flows are reused, and locally available raw materials can become part of a new cycle. This is how Nature’s Intelligence shows a different way of looking at CO₂ and waste: not only as emissions or residual flows, but also as a potential raw material for new applications.
ESG Strategy and KPI’s
The Value Compass: a sustainable course
The Value Compass helps organizations determine their sustainable course and make it concrete. We bring together ambitions, targets and preconditions and decide which sustainability themes get priority. This creates a clear basis for the ESG strategy.
Using the Value Compass, we translate the sustainable vision into concrete targets and KPIs. We look at how the organization’s ambitions, stakeholder expectations, desired positioning and the knowledge and competences needed to achieve the targets fit together.
An additional gap analysis shows where the organization stands today compared with the desired situation. This is the basis for defining and prioritizing projects and actions for the coming period. The result is coherence between ambition, targets, KPIs and implementation, so that progress and results can be managed in a targeted way.
We are happy to guide you in drawing up your Value Compass.

Footprint as a Service (FaaS)
From CO₂ data to a reliable footprint
A reliable carbon footprint shows the emissions of your organization and is the basis for managing reduction in a targeted way. The data needed is often spread across different systems and departments. Collecting, checking and substantiating this information therefore requires a good data structure and careful documentation.
With Footprint as a Service (FaaS), we help organizations draw up and maintain their carbon footprint for scope 1, 2 and 3 on a structural basis. We collect and analyze the necessary data, apply the right emission factors and provide transparent substantiation and documentation. The result is a footprint that not only provides insight, but can also be used for monitoring, reporting and accountability.
We have experience in drawing up carbon footprints according to the GHG Protocol and in successfully guiding organizations to certification at the highest level of the CO₂ Performance Ladder.
With FaaS, we make the carbon footprint a structural part of your sustainability management. This gives you up-to-date, well-founded information at regular intervals to track progress and steer towards results.

Decarbonization Solutions
How can an organization reduce its footprint?
Reducing the carbon footprint starts with understanding where emissions arise and which measures have the most impact. We look at your own activities as well as the chain, and show which reduction options are technically, environmentally and economically feasible.
Emissions can be reduced by saving energy, making processes more efficient, switching to renewable energy and replacing fossil fuels and materials with more sustainable alternatives. Solutions such as reuse, circularity, carbon capture and storage (CCS) and using or sequestering CO₂ can also contribute to further reduction.
Offsetting can be used for remaining emissions, but it is separate from calculating your own carbon footprint according to the GHG Protocol. That is why we make a clear distinction between actual emission reductions within the footprint and additional climate contributions outside it.
Firm of the Future develops climate action plans and calculates the CO₂ reduction, energy use and costs of different measures and scenarios. This shows which measures are possible, what they deliver and which route best fits the ambitions and operations of your organization.

CSRD
From sustainability data to clear accountability
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires organizations within its scope to report relevant sustainability information in a structured, well-founded way according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
This covers topics within Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). Which themes are relevant is determined by a double materiality assessment: what impact does the organization have on people and the environment, and which sustainability issues have a financial impact on the organization?
We take a practical approach. We determine the relevant themes, map the data needed and ensure clear substantiation and documentation.
Firm of the Future supports the entire process: from double materiality and ESG data to carbon footprint, KPIs and sustainability reporting. This is how we make sustainability accountability practical and manageable.

ESG Monitoring and Dashboard Products
SDG Dashboard: from KPIs to insight and control
The SDG Dashboard gives you a clear view of your organization’s sustainability performance and its contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Which KPIs do you want to steer on? Which indicators suit your organization and targets? And how do the results develop over time?
Together we determine the relevant KPIs, identify the data sources needed and set up the dashboard. The result is a single overview that brings together performance, targets and progress, and that you can use to steer in a targeted way.
The SDG Dashboard is suitable for both profit and non-profit organizations and can be set up around the sustainability themes that are relevant to your organization.
Firm of the Future helps you choose the right KPIs, structure the data and set up a dashboard that provides insight and helps translate sustainability ambitions into measurable results.
